Title
The car’s title is the only document that we will need! Remember to bring the title with you to our office after you’ve received our cash offer for your model.

Most owners still are! And if this is the case, your car’s title will be with your bank or lender. Contact your lienholder to request the title and to talk through the loan payoff amount.
But I’m still in my lease agreement.
It’s no problem for us — if you’re still in a lease agreement, all you’ll have to do is contact your lender to request the payoff amount. Once your model is paid off and the title is in your name, you’re set up to sell your vehicle to us!
CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™
If you’ve been trying to sell your vehicle on third-party websites or social media, you may have already run a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™ on your model. Since it details the vehicle’s service records, the number of owners, mileage discrepancies and so on, it’s a vital document that our team could use. But remember, since you’ll provide us with your vehicle’s VIN, or vehicle identification number, we can run the CARFAX® ourselves. Feel free to bring yours along if you have it!
Warranty Documentation
If your model is newer or you’re driving a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, it may still be covered under warranty. Bringing the warranty documentation along to your appointment, especially if the warranty is transferable, will prove its legitimacy. In fact, it may even increase its value! Lost the warranty documentation? No problem — if you have access to the contact information of the warranty provider (non-manufacturers, of course), bring that along, as well.
